Group Lessons/Yoga

Do you want to feel fitter, more flexible, stronger or more relaxed? You can take part in our group lessons. Together with our friends we provide lessons at different levels. Do you encounter physical limitations during class or would you like to start a group lesson but do you not dare because of complaints? No worries, customization is our strength!

Yoga

The “Vrienden” Yoga is hosted by our experienced Yoga teachers *. They offer different lessons. Do you want to start with the yoga classes but are you unsure whether your physical capacity allows it? Or do complaints arise during class? We are happy to schedule a no-obligation consultation with your yoga teacher and one of our physiotherapists.
